X-Press Legal Services is celebrating a great achievement, as eight of its franchisees mark 20-year anniversaries, highlighting the strength of its fantastic franchise network and the loyalty behind its continued success.
Founded by the Lister family in 1998, X-Press works alongside local conveyancers to provide them with property searches, reports and other essential services to streamline the conveyancing process. X-Press began franchising in August 2005, and now holds 27 individual franchise territories across England and Wales.
The milestones were recognised at this year’s X-Press Academy Roadshow, held at the charming Hogarth’s Hotel in Solihull, where both suppliers and franchisees got together to celebrate this great accolade. Presented by Lynne and Dave Lister, the awards celebrated the anniversaries of Andy Hunt, Sandy Hennessy, Karen Underwood, Russ Brown, Linda Mannion, Charlie Allen and Wendy and Scott Reece. Alongside their awards, they were each presented with a luxury gift hamper and a bottle of champagne to say a huge thank you from head office.
