The Grid Check Residential Report has been specifically developed to provide early-stage insight into local secondary substations’ electrical capacity (Headroom). It offers a clear snapshot of the available capacity for smaller loadings more suited to residential developments or refurbishments.

The assessment also includes some distance RAG Ratings for the property based on proximity to the substation as well as typical EV / Net Zero loads.
