Apogee Basic Utility Search

A more basic search for those pre legal acquisition wanting to complete an initial screen on the potential for utility conflict, searching just the key utilities. The service covers all of the independent operators (IGTs & IDNOs) and the more dangerous utilities. Can be ordered with or without a water or drainage search for those who have already obtained a CON 29. You should buy a Full Search or Top Up and follow the advice in HSG 47 and PAS 128 before you dig.
