It’s been a busy year at X-Press Legal Services with our team attending several prominent industry events.
Most recently, at the beginning of November we attended the EA Masters, the biggest annual event in the estate agency calendar. Our team was one of just 60 exhibitors at the event’s Innovation Hall where we showcased our cutting-edge QMP integrated conveyancing platform to estate agents.
Our stand attracted significant attention, with a buzz wire ice breaker game adding an extra element of challenging fun. The efficiencies demonstrated by QMP received excellent feedback as estate agents recognised its ability to deliver collaborative and seamless pre to post completion property transactions. Several leading estate agencies requested in-depth demonstrations of the platform and we are delighted to be meeting to showcase how it can streamline their services over the coming weeks.
Equally successful was our sponsorship of the Society of Licensed Conveyancers Annual Conference, hosted by Kate Faulkner OBE. The event featured fantastic presentations from leading organisations and industry bodies including Rightmove, HM Land Registry and Nationwide. Our X-Press representatives Ben Wheeler, Director X-Press Derbyshire & Nottinghamshire and Andy Hunt, Director X-Press Leicester, Warwickshire and Worcestershire found the event both highly informative alongside a great opportunity to make valuable new contacts and further solidify our presence within the conveyancing industry.
Both events highlighted the latest innovations in the property industry and provided fantastic opportunities to network with peers. 2025 is set to be an interesting year in property and we are delighted to be on the journey with so many hard-working contemporaries.
