I’ve used X-Press Legal Services for conveyancing searches for over 20 years. Since day one, the customer service has been exceptional. Despite the company growing to become a leading name in the industry, the small company feel and dedication to their clients have remained at an exceptional level. They understand “how” a conveyancer works and what they need from property searches. The searches are colour coded (enables you to get an overall gist at a glance), they are clearly laid out and (most importantly) accurate! I don’t feel like a faceless number. There is a real personal quality to the service they provide which makes you feel as if your searches are important, even though I know I’m one of thousands they are processing at any one time. Their portal is simple to use (which is great when you’re not so good with computers like me). Coupled with their ever-progressive technology, it means you can request searches, indemnity quotes and much more within seconds, just with the click of a few buttons. Despite my place of employment changing over the years, my choice of search company remains stoic and will continue that way!
