Residential Conveyancing Update (8.30am to 2pm)
This session is suitable for residential conveyancers of all levels and experience and will explore:

- Exchanging Contracts and getting ready for the proposed draft code of practice
- Developments in Leasehold Conveyancing – BSA developments and the Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act 2024

Commercial Property Update (1pm to 5.30pm)
This session is suitable for commercial property lawyers of all levels and experience and will explore:
- BSA issues for commercial property lawyers
- Due diligence and reporting on title issues in commercial property transactions
- Dealing with restrictive covenants – problems and pitfalls
- Electric vehicle charging points and commercial developments traps for the unwary
- Commercial lease management issues
- Business Lease Renewal and new lease negotiation
