This training is suitable for commercial property lawyers of all levels and experience, and will examine:

  • Advising on restrictive covenants in commercial transactions
  • Drafting and advising on the report on title
  • The application of the BSA 2022 in commercial transactions – traps for the unwary
  • The Landlord and Tenant Act 1954: Advising on lease renewal and agreeing the terms of the new lease key issues for transactional lawyers
  • Advising on boundary sensitivity and highway issues
  • Lessons from relevant case law.
