Agri-Environmental Agreements: Due Diligence and Contract Drafting

Environmental schemes are now a key feature of agricultural land ownership and can have significant implications for rural property transactions. This practical session examines the legal and contractual issues arising where land is subject to Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI), Countryside Stewardship and other agri-environment agreements.
