This half day training is suitable for residential conveyancers of all levels and experience and will explore:
- Scoping the retainer in residential freehold and leasehold transactions.
- Due diligence – searches, enquiries, client inspection and survey/valuation – tips and traps.
- Reporting on title in residential transactions – avoiding claims and complaints.
- Advising on restrictive covenants, rights of way, and defective title insurance.
Extensive notes will be provided and time allocated for delegate questions.
