We are pleased to confirm the arrival of a new business owner. David Mermod joins us as in our Central region – providing expert property and land reports to solicitors and conveyancing professionals across Nuneaton, Bedford, Telford, Shropshire, North West Leicestershire, Powys, Hereford, Coventry and Rugby.
David brings a wealth of experience in the sector, having completed a law degree and currently working towards a completion of his master’s degree in property law.

A 52-year-old father of three, David has a background of expertise in managerial roles, including 21 years in sales for a nationwide media and business directory organisation. Now he’s set his sights on growing his X-Press client base at an exciting time of growth and digitisation in the property transaction sector.
