Every new franchisee embarks on our intensive 3-week induction training programme covering all aspects of X-Press Legal Services and the regulated search process.
Training takes place at our Warrington Head Office and is complemented with the X-Press Franchise Operations Manual which will become your ‘go to’ source of reference. And the Head Office team is just a phone call away if you struggle to find the answer.

The initial induction training programme is backed-up by an ongoing support programme which includes sales support, a mentoring scheme and the X-Press Academy, run by a leading Business Development Coach.
